Passwords

You can reset Passwords and Authenticators in the User Management screen.

IMPORTANT! Always use a strong password. A strong password is at least 10 characters long. It must include at least 1 alpha character, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character (#$%-&*+!). Use only passwords which conform to these rules.

Reset a Password

1. Locate the user in the User Management list.

  1. In the far right column, click the more options menu.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Click Send to send the password reset or Cancel to discard.

Reset an Authenticator

  1. Locate the user in the User Management list.

  2. In the far right column, click the more options menu.

  3. Click Reset Authenticator.

  4. Click Confirm to reset the authenticator or Cancel to discard.
