Multi-Factor Authentication

Sensitive Data Platform (SDP) can support multi-factor authentication (MFA) for SDP console logins:

• Microsoft Authenticator

• Google Authenticator

There are three configuration options available for SDP console logins:

• Disabled: No MFA is configured for any account and there is no option to use it.

• Optional: Users that do not have MFA enabled are prompted to enable MFA at login. They are able to skip this step if desired.

• Always: Users must use MFA at all times.

Note: Configuration of MFA for your SDP environment console logins requires changes from the Spirion Operations Team. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to begin the process of configuring your SDP environment for MFA.
