Enhancements

  1. Updated advanced file identification definitions to improve file identification accuracy

  2. Updated list of valid email top level domains.

  3. Administrators can now configure Agent status reporting interval

  4. Administrators can now search, report on, and remediate against OneDrive’s created/modified timestamps in the same capacity as filesystem locations.

  5. Data compression option enabled in agent for increased agent to console results performance.

  6. Enabled Differential Scanning of Gmail targets.

  7. Kafka now does not dispose of messages without explicit confirmation from the service (manual confirmation).

  8. Customers can now use their own Enterprise App for authentication of OneDrive and Exchange Online rather than using a Spirion-hosted app

  9. Redirected discovery messages to a process outside of the results queue to streamline results importing.

  10. Search Agent Update Interval default setting is now 30 seconds. The setting is now configurable. This can be used to reduce update frequency to account for a large volume of agents.

 

Bug Fixes

  1. Resolved an issue in which scanned 0 kB files in Microsoft OneDrive targets are attempted to be downloaded, resulting in an error.

  2. Resolved an issue in which the schema name is omitted from the "DBTableName" field when writing job details to RabbitMQ during Greyhound database scans of a DB2 database Target.

  3. Resolved an issue in which Greyhound Agents repeatedly request new access tokens after every Gmail location (item ID) search job consumed from the job queue

  4. Resolved an issue in which Greyhound Agents repeatedly request new access tokens after every Exchange Online file location (item ID) search job consumed from the job queue
